Terms & Conditions


1) Kindly fill up the order form on our website with the necessary details required from you, or email us at shopket@gmail.com by using the order format provided.
2) We shall not be liable for any mistakes made by you, hence, kindly check that all details provided by you is 100% accurate before sending in your order.
3) Once we receive your order, an official invoice will be sent to you within 24 hours with our payment details. Should you not receive any invoice from us, kindly send us an email at shopket@gmail.com
4) Do take note that we operate on a first-pay-first-serve basis. In order to secure the item(s), do make payment ASAP upon receiving invoice.
5) Orders will be processed once we verify your payment, and it will be mailed out within 2 working days.

There will be no refund once payment has been received unless item is out of stock.


1) Place an order and make payment during the preorder period.
2) We will not take in orders after preorder has ended.
3) Orders will be sent to our supplier on the next working day after preorder has closed.
4) Shipment will reach us around 8 – 14 working days upon preorder closing date (not inclusive of weekends and public holidays).
5) You will receive an update from us once shipment has arrived.


All items sold on Shopket are brand new unless otherwise stated.
All items displayed are true to picture. However, colour variation may occur due to lighting and/or screen resolution.
Measurements may vary between 0.5cm – 1cm.
Prices are subject to change without prior notice.
All prices stated on Shopket are in Singapore Dollars (SGD).

For local shipping:
1) Normal postage - $2.50, +$1 (less bulky items) , +$2 (for bulky items)
2) Registered postage - $4.77, +$1 (less bulky items) , +$2 (for bulky items)

Kindly note that for normal postage, we will not be liable for any lost parcels. Registered postage is highly recommended.

If parcel is bounced back to us due to incorrect address/failure to collect item, you will have to pay extra postage charges for parcel to be sent back to you. You will receive a notification immediately should we receive any return parcels.

We accept POSB/DBS bank transfers via Internet banking(IB) , ATM Fund Transfer & Interbank transfer.
All transfers are to be made to POSB SAVINGS 002-73841-4

1) POSB/DBS I-Banking – I-banking nick and date is required for payment verification purposes.
2) POSB/DBS ATM Transfer – Please keep a clear snapshot of receipt for payment verification purposes.

Do not make payment if the ATM machine is unable to produce a receipt.


Exchange is only strictly for:
1) Defects in product
2) Wrong item received

We will do an exchange for wrong/defected items received by you. However, stock is subject to availability.
To be eligible for the exchange, make sure that returned items are unworn, unwashed and in an original condition. We reserves all right to reject any exchange request if item is worn by you.

Please email us immediately at shopket@gmail.com within 3 working days upon receiving the wrong or defect item. In your email, you should state the following: 
1) Name
2) Order Invoice No.
3) Clear photo of the defect/wrong item received by you

Shoes exchange is strictly done through meet ups only.

A full refund will be made if your item is out of stock.

We strictly do not do exchange/refund for:
1) Dislike or change of mind after purchase
2) If item does not fit you
3) Wrong items or size ordered by you
4) Slight difference in colour due to colour discrepancy varying from different monitor of different resolution.
5) Minor defects such as loose threads, insoles that can be stick back

All goods sold are non-exchangeable and non-refundable.
Shopket reserves the right to reject a customer/transaction/request at our own discretion.
